I built HerbTonics from the ground up into a highly recognized name in the health and supplements space, scaling it to over $14 million in annual sales through strategic product development, premium branding, and relentless execution on Amazon.

Started with a single private-label product in a niche nobody was paying attention to. Made every mistake in the book — wrong supplier, wrong price point, zero reviews strategy.
Cracked the code on PPC and listing optimization. Scaled to 7 figures by doubling down on what worked and ruthlessly cutting what didn't. Hired the first two team members.
Expanded into 4 new categories. Built out a real operational infrastructure — forecasting, 3PL relationships, a content team, and a PPC manager. The business started running without me.
Amazon's A9 overhaul wiped out half our competitors. We came out stronger. The systems we'd built meant we adapted in weeks, not months. Revenue grew 40% that year.
Completed one of the largest Amazon brand acquisitions in our category. The deal took 14 months from first conversation to close. Every detail of the exit was deliberate — and it paid off.
